About Us

deeptank was conceived after realising how many people shy away from technology products - and how many people who do own these products seldom use them with comfort and to their full potential.

As someone, who actually enjoys technology, I decided to set up deeptank to offer a 'personal technology training' service to overcome any obstacles that might be experienced when using today's consumer technology products.

I achieved my first computer qualification back in 1983 - the days when only true geeks had one. The talk back then was that one day every home would have a computer, but it did seem like some futuristic idea at the time. Hey, we didn't even have the Internet back then...

Nowadays you need a computer to communicate, shop for bargains, bank, organise and print photos, transfer music to an mp3 player, surf the web, make voice/video calls - the list is endless.

Devices such as GPS navigators and digital cameras are direct off-shoots of computer technology. On one hand they are useful and enjoyable, but on the other hand there's a whole new breed of equipment to learn.

Our one single aim at deeptank is to offer quality personal training to ensure your inevitable encounters with today's microchip-filled boxes are enjoyable, rewarding and productive.
